45 Minute Workouts targeting strength building, muscular endurance and body conditioning through HIIT, Resistance, Endurance and Hybrid Training.
Our workouts are split up into Strength, Cardio and Hybrid days.
- Strength focused workouts are offered 3x a week: Full Body Strength, Upper Body Strength and Lower Body Strength days. All targeted to build muscle mass and bone density.
- Cardio focused workouts are offered 2x a week. These workouts are designed to work different energy systems and push you to your limits.
-Hybrid Workouts are total body conditioning classes that involve both strength and cardio exercises. These workouts are meant to increase endurance, improve strength and challenge you both physically and mentally.
-Each Beast Fitness workout, no matter the day, is finished with a burnout specific to that day. Every member and the coach will always finish class strong together.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
