Is Beast Fitness beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our coaching and small-group format are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into a routine.
What kind of training do you offer?
We offer small group training with strength-focused classes, cardio/HIIT-style training, and Hyrox-style endurance workouts.
Can I see your schedule online?
Yes. You’ll be able to view the schedule online, and in many cases reserve a class directly from the schedule.
Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes. Visitors are welcome to drop in, depending on availability. Reach out and we’ll help you pick the best class to start with.
Are there events for members?
Yes. We host a monthly event that changes each month—these events offer new ways to connect with the community and try something different.
How long are the workouts?
Most classes run 45–60 minutes, depending on the program and the day’s focus.
Do you offer Hyrox training?
Yes. We run Hyrox-style workouts, including Hyrox PFT-style sessions when available, and can help you train for your next event.
Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes—we offer a free trial class so you can experience the coaching, vibe, and training style before you commit.
