Strength Training at Beast Fitness Training focuses on helping you discover your power in a supportive environment. Our coach-driven sessions are designed for everyone from first-timers to experienced lifters. Participants learn proper lifting techniques, progress safely, and celebrate milestones they never thought possible.
Schedule
Our Strength Training classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Monday: Full Body Strength
Wednesday: Lower Body Strength
Friday: Upper Body Strength & Core
