Conditioning & Hyrox/Deka workouts are offered Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
Tuesdays: Total Body HIIT
- fast-paced interval workouts focused on intensity, power and calorie burn
Thursdays: Total Body Endurance
- Longer, sustained efforts to build stamina, aerobic capacity and mental toughness. Expect to have running as part of your workout this day!
Saturdays: Beast Out Saturday (Hybrid Conditioning)
- A mix of strength and conditioning in a race style format--challenging, competitive and fun.
